Our showroom is temorarily closed to the public.
We are still shipping online orders, we are available for personal jewelry shopping service by call or text at: 505-326-7353, and curbside service is available!
First and foremost, our hearts and prayers go out to the people more seriously affected by this outbreak than us here in Farmington, NM. So far, the number of cases in Farmington, and in New Mexico as a whole, has been low.
But as the situation continues to change by the hour, we want you to know what precautions we are taking as a local business to protect both our customers and our employees.
Increased Frequency of Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of disinfecting often-touched surfaces like countertops, showcases, computers, door handles, and the jewelry itself as it’s handled throughout the day. Our staff will also engage in the recommended 20-second hand washing throughout the day and between interactions with customers.
Only If You’re Well. We ask that you only visit our showroom if you are completely free of all cold and flu like symptoms, and use the CDC recommended precautions while in our showroom (refrain from shaking hands, etc).
If you are experiencing symptoms, or are simply not comfortable being out shopping, but want to make a purchase for an upcoming special occasion, we are happy to facilitate the transaction online or over the phone and ship your purchase securely.
Taking In Jewelry For Repair or Appraisal. One of the the little behaviors particular to jewelry that many people don’t think about is licking their finger to remove the ring from their finger when giving it to us for a repair or cleaning.
For the safety of our staff and their families, please refrain from doing this. We will provide an alternative lubricant to help remove stubborn rings.
Our staff will be exercising more caution in general when accepting jewelry. We will ask you to place your jewelry onto a tray, or into a plastic bag, so we can take it into our shop to be cleaned before being handled.
While much of your jewelry gets washed along with your hands, it rarely gets the deep, complete washing necessary to remove viruses and bacteria from its surface.
This may sound extreme, but with so much uncertainty surrounding the outbreak, we are opting for a “better safe than sorry” approach, and appreciate your understanding.

The reason I love the jewelry business is because it’s all about celebrating and cherishing the relationships that matter to you most. Please don’t be one of the people who lets fear and paranoia rob them of opportunities to love and enjoy their family, even during this stressful time.
