Shipping Information

In-stock items are typically shipped the same or following business day.

Items that require sizing, or must be ordered to size, typically require 7-10 business days.

If an item is out-of-stock or there are any delays in shipping, you will be notified immediately.

Refund Policy

Online merchandise purchases may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if item(s) returned to Garcia & Co. Jewelers in new, unworn condition.

If item is in a worn or used condition, you may receive a partial refund at the discretion of Garcia & Co. Jewelers.

Certain items (such as clearance items or estate jewelry) may be ineligible for return and will be clearly marked as such on the product page.

If an item is out-of-stock or otherwise delayed for any reason, you will be contacted promptly with a new shipping date estimate, offered a similar in-stock item, or will have the option to have your purchase amount refunded.

Refunds for purchases made directly through by credit or debit card can typically be processed quickly and handled by contacting Garcia & Co. Jewelers directly. Purchases made through a 3rd party payment platforms may require additional time and/or contacting that 3rd party financial institution.
