We opened our doors this time in 1989, making this year our 28th anniversary. And sure, times change. Technology changes. And in 1989, it was just me and my wife Ruth. The business has grown since then...

But one thing NEVER changes... And if there’s one thing everyone in business has been reminded of over the past decade of economic uncertainty, it’s this:

The most important “asset” of any business is...YOU.

It sounds like an over-used cliche, but it’s as true as it ever was.

Relationships are the real wealth of life and our business is only as good as the bond we share with our customers.

Which is why I’m the luckiest business owner on Earth... Because of YOU. We have the best customers in the world and I get to work in a business that helps customers celebrate the most precious moments of their lives.

So, as a little “celebration” for our anniversary, I want to say THANK YOU.
